We are seeking an experienced Digital Account Growth Strategist to lead our account management organization in AU VSP. This individual will be responsible for developing, implementing, and iterating on business strategies to drive growth and deliver positive experiences for sellers.

A passion for people management is essential, as this person will build, develop, and guide high-performing teams.
This role involves all business and operational objectives of the Account Management team (8-10 direct reports). The successful candidate will drive the creation and execution of strategies to achieve business goals and collaborate across their team to explore innovative ways to identify and optimize growth levers such as selection expansion, merchandising strategy, brand positioning, and catalog quality.
The estimated salary for this position is **$120,000 - $180,000 per annum**, based on industry standards and market rates. This figure takes into account the requirements outlined in the job description and the location of the role.
