Job Summary

Technical Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Lead to manage projects and teams while ensuring individual deliverables meet expectations.

The successful candidate will foster collaboration, implement strategies, and lead the execution of complex initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor team members, support their growth, and conduct annual performance reviews.
  • Develop a positive team culture, enhance processes, and make a meaningful impact through leadership and hands-on contribution.
  • Pursue continuous learning while driving growth and innovation.
Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of NPD process and experience in facilitating DFMEA, Design Reviews, and Design Validation Plans.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in work.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to convey technical information clearly.
  • Able to work independently and lead an electro-mechanical technical team.
  • Experience with complex system design.
  • Familiarity with UL and CE certification requirements for mechanical and electrical components.
  • Ability to refine marketing specs and ensure alignment of system design with defined requirements.
  • Flexible in adapting quickly to changing business needs and project priorities.
  • Experience in working with global engineering teams is a must.
