We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing large-scale customer networks, with a strong background in Juniper and Aruba technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, and WLAN solutions.

They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining documentation, supporting and coaching engineers, and managing deliverables on complex customer projects.

In addition, the Senior Network Engineer will provide fourth-level support for Operations as part of the Incident and Problem Management Process.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in English, both written and verbal, and has excellent interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will have 8 or more years' technical experience in design and implementation of large-scale customer networks, and experience within telecommunications organisations/international companies would be beneficial.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with two or more technical certifications at associate or professional levels related to VZ Product portfolio areas.

The successful candidate will also have technical knowledge and experience to Juniper JNCIP or JNCIE level with focus on WAN, LAN, WLAN, and technical knowledge and experience with Aruba Central, Aruba switches, and Aruba WLAN highly beneficial.

  • Design and implement complex network infrastructure, supporting WAN, LAN, WLAN on a multi-vendor network consisting primarily of Juniper, Aruba, Mist, with some Cradlepoint & Cisco.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for network implementation, including change approval processes.
  • Support and coach engineers to provide high-quality services/solutions to customers.
  • Lead in defining strategy needed to enable delivery of complex projects.
  • Manage deliverables on complex customer design and implementation projects.
  • Perform advanced analysis on incidents and act as escalation engineer for internal organisations and clients.
  • Provide fourth-level support for Operations as part of the Incident and Problem Management Process.
  • Create processes for other engineers to follow for successful solution delivery.
