Global Functional and Technical Support Specialist

As a global functional and technical support specialist, you will provide expert support to international clients across various industries.
Job Description:Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of system performance optimization, seamless system integrations, and effective client relationship management.
They will also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and be comfortable with rotational shifts.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer support and facilitate global client relationships.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a CTC of 3,52,500/- per annum.
The first six months will feature a monthly stipend of 27,500/, followed by an increase to 31,000/ per month for the next six months.
Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training and opportunities for growth and development within the company.
Service Agreement:A minimum mandatory association for two years from date of joining is required.
In case of breach of service agreement, a penalty of INR 3 Lacs is applicable.
Technical training will be provided by the company, ensuring your professional growth and development.
