Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Duty Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
">Coordinate front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, room allocation, and maintaining accurate records.
Assist in resolving guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage inventory levels, ensure supplies are ordered as needed, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Accounts, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Requirements:
">High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office management role.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
