Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead our manufacturing unit.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Lead all production activities on the shop floor.
    • Supervise job placement, material flow, and stage-wise movement during fabrication and assembly.
    • Design and execute layout plans for new lines/projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar structure manufacturing or a related metal fabrication industry.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient in managing production machinery, tooling, and quality control processes.
  • Solid understanding of solar mounting structures and associated fabrication methods.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
