We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead our cloud initiatives, leveraging their expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP systems to drive business growth and improve customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Program Planning and Deployment: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
  • P&L Management: Oversee financial performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensuring program success and minimizing potential losses.
  • Systems Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud ERP systems, streamlining processes and enhancing customer experience.

Essential skills and qualifications:

  • 15-20 years of experience in leading Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud ERP engagements.
  • Proven track record of managing large accounts with multiple projects and overseeing teams of 100+ members.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with certifications like PMP and Scrum Master preferred.
