Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document customer interactions and update internal databases with details of inquiries, feedback, and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer support or client service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an asset.
