Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to lead project delivery efforts. This includes playing a critical role in opportunity assessment, implementation, sales, and business development.

The successful candidate will have experience in consulting or industry, specifically in operations, supply-chain, and/or procurement.

The ideal candidate will be excited about working in a dynamic environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and possess an ownership-driven mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with client stakeholders to manage and resolve operational issues
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to assess current state, suggest savings opportunities, and operational improvements
  • Analyze spend data, create project deliverables, conduct market research
  • Develop process maps, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate on RFPs, bid evaluations, and supplier selection processes
  • Develop financial models, present to decision makers, evaluate suppliers' pricing proposals
  • Review contracts for alignment with negotiated terms, facilitate redlines from legal teams

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in consulting or industry, specifically in operations, supply-chain, and/or procurement
  • Proven problem-solving, time management, quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
  • Highly motivated team player with autonomy, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, creating complex formulas, analyzing large data sets
