Chief Financial and Accounting Officer

We are seeking an accomplished professional to assume the position of AVP within our Finance and Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience across all core F&A functions and a proven track record of successfully leading and managing large teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and manage a significant team within the F&A function, providing strategic direction and mentorship to ensure high performance and operational excellence.
- Must have on-paper team handling experience.
- Financial Operations:
- Oversee and manage all core F&A towers, including Record to Report, General Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Order to Cash.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
- Experience: Minimum of 15+ years of experience in F&A, with a strong background in RTR, General Accounting, AP, and OTC.
- Current Role: Must be currently working as a Senior Manager or above.
- Education: A B.Com, BBA, or MBA degree is required.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
This role offers:
- A salary of up to ₹32 LPA.
- A 5-day workweek with rotational shifts.
- Cabs provided for transportation.
