Job Summary:
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Specialist to manage our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities through various platforms and developing effective proposals for IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue business opportunities on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, Guru, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Develop high-quality proposals for IT services, including software development, web development, mobile apps, and digital solutions
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals
- Maintain strong relationships with international clients and ensure timely project closure
- Work closely with the sales and technical teams to achieve monthly targets
- Research and identify new platforms and opportunities for lead generation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in online bidding or IT sales and business development
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong understanding of IT services, including software development, web development, mobile apps, and digital solutions
- Ability to negotiate, handle objections, and close deals
- Self-motivated and target-driven
