Key Performance Indicators:

As a Learning Manager, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through effective training and development programs. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify learning needs, designing and delivering comprehensive training initiatives, and evaluating program effectiveness.

  • Training Needs Analysis: Work closely with regional leaders to pinpoint individual, team, departmental, and organizational learning gaps, ensuring that training initiatives align with strategic objectives.
  • Program Design & Delivery: Develop and execute training programs, learning journeys, and blended learning solutions in partnership with external vendors to design engaging content relevant to identified learning needs.
  • Vendor and Budget Management: Manage relationships with external training partners, guaranteeing cost optimization while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Training Evaluation: Establish metrics to measure the success of training programs, gather participant feedback, analyze results, and provide insights to continually enhance learning initiatives.
  • Communication: Craft and manage pre- and post-learning communications with participants, develop and publish learning program updates, and create social media content for leadership teams.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions on diverse topics, including soft skills and leadership skills.

Qualifications and Skills: A minimum of 4 years of experience in training management is required.
