Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans for continuous improvement in processes and customer quality.
  • Strengthen existing operations by identifying automation and upstream defect elimination opportunities.
  • Lead process excellence initiatives, collaborate with partner teams and stakeholders globally, and deliver on key business goals and objectives.
  • Analyze large data sets, extract meaningful business metrics, and recommend solutions to product and business teams.
  • Demonstrate root cause analysis and corrective actions to avoid defect reoccurrence.
  • Establish key performance reports for functional areas.
  • Communicate effectively through well-structured documents in a clear and concise format.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience using data to influence business decisions.
  • 1+ years of interacting with customers/stakeholders experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of MS office.
  • Experience working on root cause analysis, corrective, and preventive actions for solving customer problems and prevention of defects.
