Job Opportunity:

Day-to-day management of center activities ensures consistent performance and profitability. Our team members are responsible for the overall experience across the center, representing the brand's image.
Walk-in and telephonic inquiries are counseled, and applicants are guided on courses and products. This involves identifying potential customers and providing them with relevant information to support their educational goals.
Applicants who inquire through various sources are called to ensure timely delivery of services and streamline processes. Effective communication and time management skills are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage center activities to achieve sales and delivery targets
- Provide excellent customer service and support
- Counsel walk-in and telephonic inquiries
- Guide applicants on courses and products
- Streamline processes and improve efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in counseling, handling sales in the education sector, or a fresher from a Tier 1 college/university is required. We seek candidates with ability and proven accomplishments in Counseling and handling sales. Desired traits include:
- Strong analytical ability and excellent communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and multi-tasking ability
