We are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with potential learners and converting them into paying customers for courses.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education sector. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone.
Sales ActivitiesThis role requires strong problem-solving and consultative selling skills, as well as the ability to identify and overcome objections confidently. You will be responsible for cold calling and qualifying potential leads from a designated target audience, understanding learner needs and recommending suitable courses from our portfolio.
