Our team is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Operations Specialist.

  • This position involves overseeing the entire process of share transfers, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transfer processes, including obtaining necessary approvals and preparing required documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of share ownership and all related transactions is crucial for this role.

Partner Books Management

  • Ensuring accurate and timely maintenance of financial records and books of partners is vital to our organization's success.
  • The selected candidate will prepare and update financial statements for partners, including calculating profit shares.
  • Supporting audit processes and preparing relevant documentation as needed is also an essential responsibility.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • This position involves assisting in the preparation of financial reports: monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • The successful candidate will analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities; present actionable findings to management.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensuring adherence to internal control systems, company policies, and applicable laws/regulations is critical to this role.
  • Assisting in establishing and implementing best practices for finance operations to improve efficiency and accuracy is also expected.

Collaboration & Support

  • Working closely with other finance team members, auditors, and external parties to ensure seamless operations and compliance is essential.
  • Providing support for finance-related projects as required, including process improvements and system upgrades, is also a key responsibility.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Mandatory: CMA qualification (Cost & Management Accountant), fully qualified or in advanced stage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in finance operations, specifically in share transfers and partners' books maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and accounting standards is crucial.
  • Proficient user of accounting software; advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy is necessary.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders is required.
