Job Title: Specialist System Administrator-Observability

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced system administrator to join our team as a specialist observability expert. This role requires a deep understanding of monitoring and notification technologies, as well as experience with infrastructure and application monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field and 4-6 years of IT-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Experience with Dynatrace and PagerDuty observability concepts;
  • Advanced knowledge of monitoring and notification technologies;
  • Hands-on expertise in scripting and automation tools;
  • Good understanding of networking, storage integration, and similar infrastructure services;
  • Change management expertise;
  • Experience with TypeScript, React, Ansible, and Python scripting;
  • Knowledge of containers and K8 environment;
  • Good-to-have skills: experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Specialist Certification from Dynatrace;
  • ITIL Foundation certification preferred;
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
