Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As an Observability expert, you will design and develop next-generation observability platforms that enable our clients to monitor and improve their complex IT systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, systems administration, and network performance. You will work closely with our team to architect unified observability strategies, implement enterprise observability technology, and amplify outcomes by accelerating adoption across technology and business.
Key Responsibilities:- Explore client IT estates to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate to design and implement unified observability strategies
- Implement enterprise observability technology and processes
- Amply observability outcomes by accelerating adoption
- 7+ years of application development experience
- Experience working in distributed remote teams across multiple time zones
- Deep understanding of network performance and security
- Configuration Management tools experience with Puppet, Chef, SaltStack
- BA/BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Advanced degrees preferred
