About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Education Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for advising candidates on various aspects of education, including inbound calls and telecommunications.

  • Advises students on educational opportunities by telephone or in person.
  • Documents transactions by completing forms and maintaining accurate records.
  • Maintains databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data related to student information.
  • Maintains operations by following established policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
  • Maintains quality service by adhering to industry standards.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending workshops and reviewing publications related to education.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
