Academic Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Support Specialist to join our team.

This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and experience in education or student support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Guidance: Provide personalized guidance to prospective students on academic programs, course offerings, fees, curriculum, and prerequisites.
  • Admissions Assistance: Guide students through the admission process, including application submissions, interviews, and document verification.
  • Lead Conversion: Convert potential leads and inquiries into student enrollments using lead conversion techniques.
  • Counseling & Presentations: Conduct engaging counseling sessions, presentations, and face-to-face meetings to explain features, benefits, and career opportunities associated with courses.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in education, student support, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer-facing and interpersonal skills with a charismatic, competitive, and enthusiastic personality.
