Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager for 3D Products to lead our team in delivering exceptional quality and driving process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visuals, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive corrective actions.

This is a key role that requires collaboration with trainers to upskill based on real data, creating SOPs, streamlining workflows, and boosting Jeeves scores without compromising quality.

In this position, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining high visual standards, auditing editor work, tracking rework trends, and leading corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in virtual staging
  • QA or team lead experience
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Blender, and 3DsMax
  • Data-driven mindset and strong visual feedback skills
  • Degree in Architecture or 3D Product Designing
