About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team. In this role, you will manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and lead content strategy for ABM and digital marketing campaigns.
As the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams, coordinate deliverables, and drive projects to timely and successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client briefs and business goals, especially for ABM and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate and oversee deliverables such as presentations, creative designs, and videos aligned with client requirements.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely delivery.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, tracking timelines and ensuring quality control of deliverables.
- Maintain project trackers and provide regular status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Content Ownership & Storytelling
- Lead content strategy by interpreting client objectives, target audience, and messaging tone.
- Translate client briefs into actionable content plans, selecting appropriate formats (written, visual, video).
- Develop strategic, engaging content tailored to digital marketing needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to vet content ensuring alignment with brand and business expectations.
- Incorporate feedback while maintaining deadlines.
Team Coordination & Oversight
- Supervise and guide team members responsible for PPT creation, visual design, and video production.
- Assign tasks, manage timelines, and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling presentations, videos, and digital assets consistent with client branding and goals.
- Provide creative input without micromanaging execution.
Research & Strategic Support
- Support business development efforts through research and client liaison.
- Maintain documentation and trackers for reporting and resource planning.
- Communicate project status and updates regularly with clients and internal teams.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager or in client servicing/project management roles within digital marketing or B2B agencies.
- Strong knowledge of ABM and digital marketing campaign workflows.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Experience in content creation and overseeing creative teams across formats.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a quality-first mindset.
