About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Hybris expert to join our team as a Senior Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing digitalization projects in the commercial area, creating requirements documents, and supporting business teams to define their needs.

The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and related services, as well as expertise in backend development, API, backoffice, storefront, and FE JavaScript/CSS. They will also have a strong understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud best practices, including code quality, security, authorizations, administration, user management, analytics/metrics, upgradation, and overall architecture.

  • Project Management / digitalization in the commercial area
  • Create with business the book of requirements / change requests document according to the business needs
  • Support the business to define and describe the exact needs in a systematic and structured way
  • Prepare Requests for Proposals and manage vendors technical answers
  • Prepare, organize and facilitate workshops
  • Perform the gap analysis between requirement and to be solution.
  • Design and document the business process that include to be solution.
  • Align business processes across agencies.
  • Prepare and execute all elements of a project, like project planning, project scheduling, team management, SteerCo etc.
  • Manage delivery team in developing and implementing applications
  • Collaborate with technical demand teams and business change managers
  • Prepare, organize and execute key user training
  • Manage the user acceptance (change management) and smooth roll out of the applications
  • Create and execute the roll-out plan
  • Emerging technologies/industry trends watch and apply them when relevant.

Requirements:

  • BE / BTech/ Any Master's Degree
  • SAP Commerce Cloud certification is highly preferred
  • SAP Commerce Cloud Experience, SAP Hybris (add on) of 4-6 years
  • Extensive experience as a SAP Commerce Cloud Developer with a strong focus on Hybris, backend development
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud and related services i.e. API, Backoffice, Storefront etc.
  • Experience on FE JavaScript / CSS
  • Strong understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud best practices and services including code quality, security, authorizations, administration, user management, analytics/metrics, upgradation, overall architecture
  • Experience in various areas of e-commerce development in Hybris / Commerce Cloud
  • Experience in working with Manufacturing industry requirements, or similar complex industries, is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration with SAP Commerce Community to understand and implement new functionalities
  • Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proactivity to manage difficult tasks and schedules in a timely manner
  • Constantly improving knowledge in different areas of Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud
