**Lead Data Engineer Role Summary**

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Platform Lead, Delivery Leader or similar role
  • Excellent working knowledge of AWS Services, Python, PySpark, and data modeling
  • Strong understanding of columnar and NoSQL databases, predictive analytics, data visualization, and unstructured data
  • Knowledge of ETL, data mining, Data Warehousing, and segmentation techniques
  • Familiarity with modern infrastructure automation technology stacks and ability to identify best tools for task
  • Experience working with Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks
  • Excellent analytical skills, quick grasp, and independent way of working with high proactivity
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication skills to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
