Resilience and Scalability Engineer

Our team is looking for a highly skilled Resilience and Scalability Engineer to join our ranks. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and scalability of our systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for building resilient and scalable systems. You will work closely with our development teams to design and implement solutions that meet our high standards for quality and reliability.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive, and has excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable with ambiguity and change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement resilient and scalable systems
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure system stability and performance
  • Develop and maintain automated testing and monitoring scripts
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalability
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Kubernetes)
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
