Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid-to-senior level positions. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to deliver results within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive hiring strategies to attract top talent.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through active sourcing on various platforms.
  • Drive candidate engagement through structured communication and touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
  • Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) and present reports to leadership.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight timelines.
  • Excellent sourcing skills using social media, headhunting, and direct search.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes.
