Billing System Expertise Opportunities

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing System Expert to join our organization on a contract basis. This role offers a strong potential for conversion to full-time employment upon completion of the initial contract period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support configuration, testing, and maintenance of billing systems to ensure seamless operation.
  • Assist in premium billing, collections, payment processing, and reconciliation to optimize revenue streams.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams to gather requirements and implement billing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes to minimize downtime.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect tracking, and resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Document processes, configuration changes, and provide end-user training to facilitate knowledge sharing and adoption.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in billing systems.
  • Knowledge of insurance billing processes (P&C or Life/Annuities/Health).
  • Understanding of policy administration, claims, and integration with billing systems.
  • Strong skills in SQL, data validation, and reporting.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure to Majesco Policy or Claims modules.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and Jira/Confluence.
  • Basic understanding of Java, APIs, and integration points.
