As a highly skilled professional in the field of billing and revenue management, you will be responsible for assisting in the deployment and maintenance of Zuora billing solutions.
- Assist in deploying and maintaining Zuora billing solutions to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Support integrations with CRM/ERP systems like Salesforce and NetSuite to streamline business processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues in Zuora for accurate billing cycles, ensuring timely payments and minimizing disputes.
- Generate reports related to subscriptions, billing schedules, and revenue recognition to inform strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Zuora billing modules, subscription models, and pricing plans to optimize revenue streams.
- Participate in requirement gathering with business and technical teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Stay updated with Zuora product updates and best practices to remain competitive in the market.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with Zuora platform (2+ years) is essential for this role.
- Understanding of subscription billing workflows, amendments, renewals, and invoice cycles is critical for success.
- Basic knowledge of Zuora integrations with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, NetSuite preferred) is necessary for effective integration.
- Familiarity with APIs, data migration, and basic troubleshooting skills are required for efficient issue resolution.
