We are seeking a seasoned Internal Auditor to lead our risk-based internal audit team in delivering high-quality audit services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing annual risk-based audit plans, designing and testing controls, and issuing clear reports with action plans to strengthen governance.
- Lead audit teams and coach reviewers to ensure exceptional client communication and negotiation skills.
- Maintain excellent relationships with senior client stakeholders while delivering results-driven audits.
To succeed in this role, the candidate must possess:
- A Certified Accountant (CA) qualification with 10+ years of post-qualification experience in consulting or CA firms doing hands-on internal audit and leadership.
- Proven expertise in risk assessment, control testing, report writing, and excellent client communication and negotiation skills.
The following experience is highly valued:
- Mid-tier consulting or CA firm experience with robust internal audit exposure.
- Able to originate and convert opportunities and nurture client relationships.
