Chief Technology Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the IT & Digital transformation vision and strategy
  • Drive the adoption of cutting-edge retail technologies
  • Manage relationships with external vendors
  • Oversight of IT Operations: Applications, Network, End User Devices, and Security
  • Mentor and Lead the IT department, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Over 20 years of experience in IT/tech
  • Digital transformation experience for enterprises
  • Omnichannel systems experience for a new generation retailer
  • Experience across applications, infrastructure, network, and end-user IT environment operations
  • Ability to define and manage a futuristic IT architecture
  • Establishing an IT governance model across the organization
  • DevOps transformation experience
