About This Role

This is an Individual Contributor position at a senior level with significant visibility across the organization.

Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver impactful training programs for sales and business development teams in multiple regions.

  • Deliver High-Impact Training by running dynamic, activity-driven sessions where people learn through hands-on experience.
  • Create Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Learning forums where team members can share, practice, and grow together.
  • Buddy Training & Mentorship: Drive the buddy system to provide new hires with a strong, supportive start.
  • Hands-On Coaching & OJT: Work closely with the team, providing real-time coaching that directly translates into execution.
  • Engaging Online Training: Lead interactive, virtual sessions on sales skills, product knowledge, communication, and closing deals.
  • Build Smarter Content using AI-First Expertise, Instructional Design, Presentations, and Tools like Articulate 360 or Camtasia.
  • Own the Impact by identifying skill gaps and turning them into training opportunities, measuring what matters, and taking full ownership of delivery and outcomes.
Requirements
  • A high-ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to design and run engaging online learning sessions.
  • Exceptional facilitation skills across activity-based, peer-driven, and hands-on training.
  • Good understanding of GenAI and LLM-based content development.
