  • We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of a global compensation framework and strategy.
  • The successful candidate will oversee the creation and continuous improvement of differentiated rewards programs, including short-term incentives (STIPs), long-term incentives (LTIPs), and executive compensation.
  • This role requires expertise in establishing and managing a global job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
  • The incumbent will conduct global compensation benchmarking to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent in the IT services industry.
  • They will develop and implement a comprehensive compensation survey, cost model, and market analysis to ensure that compensation packages are aligned with global industry standards and organizational objectives.
  • This role also involves administering and managing global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and organizational goals.
  • The successful candidate will provide detailed analytical support and insights for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including the preparation of costing models for compensation strategies.
  • They will collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend compensation solutions that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and present ideas persuasively to senior management.
  • The incumbent will manage and mentor a team of Total Rewards professionals, ensuring continuous development and delivery of high-quality work.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits leadership role, preferably within a global IT services or technology company.
  • Strong expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework, job architecture, and rewards strategy.
  • In-depth experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
  • Strong background in global benefits administration, including the design and management of benefits packages across different regions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas).
  • Expertise in creating and presenting high-level PowerPoint presentations for executive audiences, with the ability to clearly communicate complex data and insights.
  • Experience in developing compensation surveys and costing models, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
  • Excellent understanding of market trends in compensation and benefits, particularly within the IT services industry.
  • Familiarity with global compensation regulations and compliance requirements.
