As a key member of our organization's Total Reward team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading our total reward priorities.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with HR teams to identify opportunities and deliver solutions to enhance the effectiveness of total reward.">
  • Driving leadership and line manager understanding of the value and impact of total reward adoption and use.">
  • Identifying innovative ways to simplify total reward delivery and drive performance within and across business units through total reward insights.">

You will implement and embed total reward programmes, enhancing total reward value as part of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP). You will bring external perspectives and ingrain best practice across the business to increase the impact of total reward on organizational performance.
