About the Role

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our state-of-the-art multi-sensory experience centre, 32ND Dimensions, to prospective buyers. Your primary objective will be to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for visitors, driving overall sales for our Ultra Luxury Villa Residences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the face of our Ultra Luxury Villa Residences, embodying the brand's values and vision.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with potential buyers, local influencers, and partners.
  • Curate and manage the overall experience at the Sales Lounge to align with the luxury lifestyle offered by our villas.
  • Develop and deliver captivating presentations using multimedia tools to showcase the unique features and benefits of the Ultra Luxury Villa Residences.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide informed insights.
  • Conduct personalized consultations with potential buyers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Foster a client-centric approach, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for each visitor.
  • Plan and execute exclusive events and private viewings, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage invitations, logistics, and event follow-ups to maximize impact.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements in real estate and luxury living to integrate relevant innovations into the Sales Lounge.
  • Showcase the smart home features and advanced technologies of our villas.
  • Actively engage with the local community, building a network of potential buyers, influencers, and brand advocates.
  • Explore opportunities for partnerships with high-end brands to enhance the overall Sales Lounge experience.
