Sr. Database Specialist">
  • Design and implement database architectures using SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Maintain databases ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
  • Manage database deployments and adhere to best practices for maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the security team to ensure robust database security measures.
  • Migrate databases between servers and versions while minimizing downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues efficiently.
  • Work with vendor support teams to address complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for databases.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to ensure system availability and performance.
  • Create change management requests with IT and development teams.
  • Support reporting team members with database queries and data requirements.
  • Provide Power BI support and training.
  • Integrate AI technologies into existing systems.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports based on business needs.
  • Optimize Power BI data models for better performance.
  • Combine data from multiple sources into Power BI using Power Query and DAX.
  • Evaluate and ensure data accuracy and consistency across dashboards.
  • Implement row-level security and manage access permissions in Power BI.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a DBA with expertise in SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.
  • Detailed knowledge of database administration, design, and maintenance.
  • Experience with database migrations and deployments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.

Location: Ahmedabad / Vadodara (WFO)
