About This Opportunity:

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, depending on location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid strong relationships with business leaders to understand their goals and workforce needs, driving strategic alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, leveraging data insights to inform programs that foster a culture of innovation, inclusion, and growth.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable recommendations to enhance workforce performance, productivity, and overall organizational success.
  • Manage and support the talent management lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and career development, ensuring a high-performing and adaptable team.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and ethical business practices, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Collaborate on change management strategies and organizational development initiatives, driving transformation and growth across the organization.
  • MEDIATE AND FACILITATE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN EMPLOYEES AND MANAGEMENT TO BUILD A CULTURE OF TRUST AND TRANSPARENCY.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or related roles, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in analyzing HR data and presenting actionable insights, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous learning.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of ethics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HR tools and systems is a plus, but not required.
