The RealPage HR team in Hyderabad, India is looking for a Strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our organization. This role involves functioning as a strong partner to Business and designing and supporting several people initiatives across the employee life cycle.

Primary responsibilities of this role include acting as a single point of contact for employees and managers in the business unit, having a strong understanding of Business imperatives and building effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Additionally, you will connect with employees across their entire life cycle and proactively create mechanisms for effective communication, engagement and motivation.

Key duties also include designing career competency frameworks and ensuring that all employees understand the career paths and various internal opportunities available to them. You will also proactively manage retention through various employee engagement initiatives and manage complex HR Projects cross-functionally.

In this role, you will actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks. You will also play an active role in the Internal Hiring process for key Requirements in the business unit through IJP process and partner with Business to design the right organization structure for maximum efficiency.

You will be responsible for designing succession plans for key talent and critical roles. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the TAG team to address challenges if any for the business in the hiring process and identify opportunities to improve.

This role requires collaborating with others in driving best practices and creating a continuous improvement culture. As a Change Agent, you will manage organizational change effectively. You will also play a role in revisiting and designing new policies to the organization.

You will be responsible for running regular HR workshops to provide line managers with information on latest employment law changes/policies, bring awareness on existing policies and procedures. Additionally, you will guide/coach/mentor Line managers on people related matters.

You will be responsible for the annual Engagement Survey, analyzing data, benchmarking year on year working with Business to create robust action plans. Moreover, you will have responsibility for dealing with workplace conflict through effective mediation.

This role also includes designing and implementing an effective recognition program. Furthermore, you will collaborate with L&D to ensure the capabilities of the workforce are increasing.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Human resources, business administration, or related field. They should have 12-16 Years of experience in Human Resources Management.

The required skills for this role include a strong understanding of HR processes and proven track record of implementing robust employee engagement practices. Additionally, they should have strong Business Acumen and proven track record of partnering effectively with Business to design appropriate people solutions.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional presentation skills, project management and change management skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, labor law fundamentals, executive presence, dynamic professional with ability to inspire confidence in all stakeholders with whom she/he will interact. They should also have strong interpersonal skills, intellectual capacity, emotional intelligence and an ability to build relationships internally and externally.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,000,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
