Lead Strategic Operations

This role is a full-time, hybrid contract opportunity for leading strategic operations. The incumbent will assist in planning, manage special projects, and oversee daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel content programs (web, app, email, social) to drive engagement.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Implement Agile workflows for content operations, enforcing editorial quality standards and best practices.
  • Source and manage vendors and freelancers, ensuring service level agreements and cost efficiency.
  • Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications to key teams.

Qualifications:

  • Strategic Planning and Project Management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Strong skills in content creation, curation, editing, and content management, with a focus on creating engaging and high-quality content.
  • Operational management experience, including internal and vendor communications, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving results.
  • Coordination and Process Streamlining abilities, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes that drive efficiency.
  • Executive Support and Report Preparation skills, with a focus on providing high-quality support and information to senior leaders.
  • Interpersonal and Communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and communicating effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and achieving shared goals.
  • Experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required.
