Quality Excellence and Process Improvement Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality excellence and process improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to define world-class quality frameworks for AI data operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance quality assurance systems for AI data operations, focusing on Lean, Six Sigma, and data-driven improvements.
  • Drive process optimization, leveraging expertise in quality management, process mapping, and audits.
  • Monitor key quality metrics, lead corrective actions, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Mentor and guide teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver high-quality, trustworthy AI operations that meet customer expectations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality / Process Excellence, preferably in tech, data, or large-scale operations.
  • Strong background in process mapping, audits, Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and scale operations effectively.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
