Accounting Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Accounts Receivable to join our team at Harmony United Psychiatric Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our revenue cycle management team and ensuring the efficient and effective management of our accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the revenue cycle management team to achieve optimal results.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce days sales outstanding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of financial processes.
- Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to team members to achieve their full potential.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our financial operations remain competitive.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Account Receivable Department of Revenue Cycle Management within a US healthcare organization, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
