Quality Assurance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Quality Assurance and Surveillance team.

This role involves conducting audits, analyzing data, identifying non-conformances, and supporting corrective actions across business functions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct process audits, surveillance checks, and quality inspections
  • Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action tracking
  • Monitor and report quality metrics (e.g., compliance rate, defect trends)
  • Maintain audit records and contribute to QMS documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process adherence
  • Assist in training and awareness programs related to quality standards
  • Ensure dashboards reflect real-time or periodic updates of QA and surveillance metrics.
  • Gather data from multiple sources including internal databases and QA tools.
  • Analyze trends and anomalies in QA and surveillance performance.
  • Track key metrics such as defect rates, test coverage, surveillance alerts, compliance adherence, and resolution times.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports and executive summaries based on dashboard insights.
  • Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actions based on data trends.
  • Document findings and escalate non-conformances to relevant stakeholders
