Product Line Lead Role

As a Product Line Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing the development of products from initial planning to SOP. This encompasses product development, research and development, production, procurement, and sales and marketing.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Meeting project objectives concerning product quality, cost, and timelines.
• Representing the R&D department at an organizational level CFT and leading the overall project across the organization.
• Planning and controlling all aspects of product planning as per the approved Cycle Plan.
• Receiving IPCs from the Platform Leader and following them in agreement with him, disseminating IPCs to the Cross Functional Team and making alignment with CoCs on targets and schedules.
• Monitoring risks and health of projects through PM and planning, setting up, and executing project structure including carry over/commonality expectations.
• Enforcing decision making for problem resolution within the Cross Functional Team and agreeing on targets (CTQ) with the Cross Functional Team coherently with the IPC requests.
• Proposing cost improvement programs for projects to the Platform Leader and monitoring the cost improvement and evolution during project execution.

The ideal candidate should have ability to coordinate the Cross Functional Team effectively, good reporting skills to keep the Platform Leader updated on project progress and escalating issues when needed, and capability to present himself as a reliable window for all issues related to his projects in front of internal and external stakeholders.
