Job Title:

Program Manager

About the Role:

The Program Manager is responsible for all aspects of program delivery execution, from pursuit to launch and up to service of parts. This includes creating long-term customer intimacy at several management levels through achieving customer satisfaction and establishing strong relationships.

This role directly leads a team of engineers covering multiple programs with potentially products covering all cockpit electronics and electrification product portfolio; and coordinating with other departments like operation, purchasing, finance and sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversight and responsibility for all program deliverables with specific customer.
  • Program budget management with specific customer.
  • Resources management within your customer PD team.
  • Strategic customer engagement.
Key Performance Indicators:

Flawless launch of new programs and engineering changes, on-time delivery, first-time quality, program profitability, operational efficiency and effectiveness, customer satisfaction and meet annual VAVE target.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record in automotive product life cycle management, experience in SW project deliveries, product launch, design, purchasing, supplier quality, program management skills, and experience with different customers (OEMs).

You will also need strong communication and leadership skills, as well as technical knowledge and skills required including automotive experience > 10+ yrs, with Tier1 exp > 5y in the last 10 years, Japanese language must.
