Electro – The Car Expert is a leading premium car workshop, specializing in diagnostics, repairs, and servicing of luxury vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet customers, understand their vehicle needs, and provide accurate estimates and timelines.
  2. Coordinate between customers and the technical team for smooth service delivery.
  3. Follow up with customers on service progress and satisfaction.
  4. Maintain accurate service records and manage appointments.
  5. Promote additional services and genuine spare parts when appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in automotive service advisory or customer service.
  • Good understanding of German premium car brands (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, customer-centric, and solution-oriented.
  • Passion for automobiles and eagerness to learn.
