Aha Automotive Innovations LLP, headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is a pioneering company specializing in the design and manufacturing of smart, plug-and-play automotive innovations for Indian drivers. Aha NexCruise, their flagship product, is world's first plug-and-play upgrade system for cars – offering greater comfort, fuel efficiency, and safety on highways. To scale their customer base across India, the company is looking for energetic and empathetic sales talent to join the core team.

Location : Jaipur

Role : You will be the first point of contact for prospects, understand their driving needs, and help them discover if Aha products will help them. And if so, you will guide them through the sales process. You will play a crucial role in building trust, closing sales, and driving adoption of this breakthrough product.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to inbound leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email

  • Explain the benefits and compatibility of company products to prospective customers

  • Qualify leads based on vehicle type, use case, and interest level

  • Follow up consistently to nurture and close leads

  • Maintain CRM records with accurate call logs, follow-ups, and status updates

  • Assist customers with installation partner coordination or D-I-Y guidance

  • Share feedback with product and marketing teams to improve customer experience

  • Hit weekly and monthly conversion targets

Ideal Candidate Profile :

  • Graduate - any discipline (BTech/Dip Engg qualification is advantageous)

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing or customer-facing roles

  • Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi. (Knowledge of other regional languages is a plus for consideration in states where Hindi is not the mother-tongue)

  • Tech-savvy (have a knack for digital/electronic goods) and can quickly learn product features and installation steps.

  • Passionate about cars, road trips, or automotive tech

  • Driven, target-oriented, and good at handling objections with empathy

  • Comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
