Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various air quality systems. This is a critical role that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Repair of Air Quality Systems: The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in installing and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. They must be able to identify and fix problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Our HVAC Systems Installation and Maintenance Professional will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance checks on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance. They must also be able to troubleshoot issues promptly and effectively.
  • Wiring and Electricity: A solid understanding of electrical wiring and circuitry is essential for this role. The candidate must be able to read blueprints and understand safety protocols when working with electrical systems.
  • Pumping and Piping: Experience with pumping and piping systems is necessary to install and maintain air quality systems. The candidate must be able to identify and fix leaks and other issues promptly.
Requirements:
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. An associate's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., HVAC technology, engineering) is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance is required. Experience working with commercial HVAC systems is preferred.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., EPA Section 608 Technician Certification, OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training Program) are highly recommended.
Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
