The company boasts a network of over 40,000 artisans spread across 600 rural Indian villages in five states. It has an end-to-end business model, right from sourcing wool to exporting finished handmade rugs. The modern and eclectic collection made using the finest materials has won numerous global awards.

Located in Georgia, Atlanta, the US sales arm exports rugs to more than 45 countries. To succeed in this role, you should be from a sales background, energetic, and passionate about luxury and design.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Networking with influential professionals in the region
  • Handling project business through architects and interior designers primarily in residential spaces
  • Understanding requirements from designers and architects
  • Building strong relationships through excellent communication skills

A bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Design, Marketing, or CRM is preferred. You should have experience handling project business through architects and interior designers.

The ideal candidate will embody our organizational philosophy, values, and culture, reflecting them in their daily interactions with customers.
