Relationship Manager Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our organization. This role will be responsible for client acquisition and overall relationship management.

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets.
  • Engage with customers to build strong relationships and increase wallet share from existing clients.
  • Ensure comprehensive coverage of all relationships through regular customer interactions and risk profiling.
  • Identify potential new customers who can be offered tailored financial solutions to enhance product penetration.
  • Acquire new customers by converting referral leads into successful business opportunities.
  • Provide detailed information on products, services, charges, etc., proactively to customers and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Strong background in the financial services industry is required.
  • Proven track record in handling client relationships, business development, and people skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Able to engage large corporate clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Effective deal closure ability.
  • Able to understand, anticipate, and respond to market requirements, industry trends, and constraints.
Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in managing Financial Product Distributors, generating leads for financial products, conducting business opportunity sessions, assisting new distributors in clearing NISM exams, providing training to partners on product availability, preparing business development plans, establishing strong relationships with partners and IFAs, and effectively communicating product offerings.
