We are seeking a highly experienced professional to spearhead our credit function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the credit function with 18-20 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in Banking or NBFC.
  • Proven track record of handling credit functions, with a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.
  • In-depth understanding of credit policies and processes in lending/lease products.
  • Risk management expertise with 15+ years of experience.
  • Managed portfolios comprising SME and corporate clients.
  • Exposure to multiple asset classes, including automobiles, equipment, and real estate.
  • Familiarity with leasing is preferred.
  • Understanding of ECL/loss models.
  • Experience managing geographically spread teams.
  • Proficiency in new-age underwriting/assessment tools and technology.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CA or MBA Finance from a reputable B-school.
  • Knowledge of CIBIL.
