Job Description

Are you a seasoned operations expert looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Deployment Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing on-ground project deployments across the North India belt.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in operations, field execution, or project management (preferably in infrastructure, utilities, or technical service domains). They should possess strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement field operations for new and ongoing projects across assigned regions.
  • Establish operational infrastructure, manage on-site resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients and internal teams during project execution.
  • Supervise field staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth logistics for equipment and personnel.
  • Monitor operational processes to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in line with company standards.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting milestones achieved, challenges faced, and next steps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, field execution, or project management.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
  • High adaptability to changing field conditions and problem-solving on the go.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
  • Graduate degree (Engineering or Management background preferred but not mandatory).
